This preparation course was very beneficial in both aspects of the civil service and pt test. We had the chance to learn more about particular departments and what it may be like in the field in addition to studying for the tests. Chuck was an amazing instructor and someone I have always respected. He is simple to talk to and took the time to explain everything you didn't understand. He made sure you knew everything. Always flexible and making sure you stay on top of it. Chuck did an excellent job at motivating you to work hard. I had trouble with the civil service portion of the tests but the practice tests and mock pt examinations were useful because they highlighted my weakest areas and helped me prepare accordingly. By the end, I had a much better understanding of the subject and felt much more self-assured. Without this course, I don't believe I would have felt as prepared or as confident when it was time to take the test. After taking the PT test, I realized that those who took the course performed far better than those who did not. I'm not only grateful that I grasped at such a great opportunity but grateful for Chuck and all the help he has been for me!
